My daughter was 4 hours away from home and got into a 4 car crash. They towed her truck and took such great care of her. AAA wouldn’t tow her truck to a shop but emerald towing worked with me over the phone and towed it for me. Janice was so amazing and so was the rest of the staff. I can never thank them enough for what they did for us. This company is the one go to for towing and great people.

Dear Emerald Towing, Yesterday, my car broke down in the right hand lane as I was approaching 1-95, a very dangerous place to break down. Luckily for me, a Boca Raton police officer stopped and called Emerald Towing for me. Adam was my driver and immediately put me at ease. He was very professional, and handled my car accordingly. I am ever so grateful for Emerald’s help, AAA was still another hour wait. Happy Thanksgiving!

I’m leaving this review for my cousin a gentleman by the name Alex was so helpful when my cousin got into an accident made sure she made it home safe because it was after hours and she could not get a cab. he gave her a ride all the way home to Weston and would not take a penny from her I am so grateful to this company and also grateful that they have such great employees We Are Forever in our debt to this gentleman by the name of Alex Couret.

Called from Pennsylvania to move my car parked in Florida because of utility work. Very accommodating! When they went to move the car the utility workers were there and said my car was not in the way so it did not need to be moved. So they did not charge me anything! Plus, they gave the utility workers their card in case circumstances changed and the car needed to be moved. And they called me back to let me know exactly what happened!

Last Thursday my car broke down on university and Atlantic and I couldn’t have worked with a nicer and more professional person than Adam.. he was incredibly reassuring – which calmed me down immediately. Kudos to Emerald for hiring Adam.

This company was so fast and so efficient and arriving on scene that I didn’t even know they were there until I turn around and they had my car halfway up on the flatbed and as far as the customer service representative he was so nice he was so helpful and he has a wonderful sense of humor mr. Rojas thank you for making this an easy experience.
